I had been trying to blog my observations in the Blogger iPhone app as we go, which was incredibly awkward, pitched back and forth speeding along the bumpy twisty tracks.
After losing all of my comments from yesterday in my 4am tech debacle, I changed tacks today and am now just recording my comments in my iPhone notes. Then after adding the photos in reverse order, i will copy and paste the notes into Blogger. Scrolling and placing the pics on the iPhone is a laborious headache, and I read this morning that the Apple photo stream is converted to greatly diminished images. I backup all my pics to my laptop PC with my firewire connection, but Blogger only works on a PC through a browser, and as most of us know, PCs ignore the Apple rotational information and edits, so there's a lot more work to post.
I have gone back on my laptop browser to try editing a blog page, and it is SO much easier than typing on an iPhone with one fat deet covered finger.
Ah, ha. Playing with my blog on three devices this morning at 4am- oooh, almost 5am, it seems Blogger could not handle panoramic pics. Maybe they are just too huge? Getting stuck endlessly in "publishing" mode is fixed and the upload works great when i remove them.
